This is the chrome retainer for the top and tonneau cover at the rear. This piece is just like the original that was on my new Bugeye that I bought when I was in college. 
You may also want the cup washer HRW-140 that goes under these to spread the load on the sheet metal and the correct screws HRS-140 to hold it on.
