This kit is designed for the race car. There are no provisions for an emergency brake, in racing we do not use an "E" brake. There are some of our kits out there being used for street use where they are not required by their state.
This is a complete kit includes everything needed for an easy install. 2 rotors, 2 adapters, 2 Wilwood aluminum calipers, mounting bolts and brake line fittings. Brake pads are sold seperate because there are different materials and prices. We can make a recommendation for the correct pad for your use, we carry HAWK HPS, HAWK BLACK or HAWK BLUE.
