This is the spacer that goes on the bolt for mounting your radius arm on 1/4 elliptic cars. You may need these if you lost them, bought a "complete car" in pieces that wasn't quite complete, or you wrecked them whe having to cut off a bolt. Sold each, 4 needed per car.
