It is a good to replace your pump if it shows signs of wear on the shaft end between the rotor/gear and body of the pump. You can increase the flow/pressure by radiusing the inlet and outlet of the pump. This is the pump with the longer pin drive to reach the pin in the cam. The 1275cc block is longer thus this the longer pin.
