This is the small hose between head and water pump. The best hose to use is the straight hose, that can be installed when head or pump are replaced. But, if this hose starts to leak, you cannot replace with engine complete. The solution is to use this hose which is corrugated so it can be collapsed and installed with a blade screw driver. This hose does come with new clamps. It is best to carry one of these in the side pocket of your car.
